The goal of CLIMB is to promote collaborative leadership and encourage the inclusion and continued success of all Californians in public service, academic, business, science and engineering. Through a formalized mentoring program, CLIMB assists its membership in the development of the skills and practices necessary to succeed at any level. CLIMB collaborated with institutions of higher education and the broader business communities to create a platform for success in todayb s young professional. As a 501c3, CLIMB is committed to the principles of promoting a civil society by providing leadership through the sharing of ideas in a collaborative environment, striving for the utmost level of achievement and providing for our community and throughout the State of California.
